Chúng Ta của 8 Năm Sau - Episode 39: Nguyệt's Soft Heart Towards her Unfaithful Husband

Dương (Huyền Lizzie) tells the doctor Tuấn (Đức Hiếu) that she has found her father. Afterward, she hesitates but decides to speak up: "Let's break up!". Doctor Tuấn understands the complicated relationship between the two of them due to Dương's father's past and Tuấn's aunt. "Thank you for everything!" - Dương smiles and officially breaks up with Tuấn.

Lâm (Mạnh Trường) and Tùng (B Trần) visit Dương's father at the hospital and coincidentally overhear the entire conversation between Dương and Doctor Tuấn. Both men are quite shocked.

Later, Tùng encourages Lâm: "I see that the path to Dương's heart is wide open for you". However, Lâm believes that Dương has closed her heart to the one person and it doesn't mean she will open it to another. Lâm is worried that Dương has decided to shut the door on love.

Nguyệt (Quỳnh Kool) asks Dương about her true thoughts. Dương remains silent. Nguyệt insists on staying to take care of bác Quảng. At that moment, Tùng and Lâm arrive. Lâm takes Dương home, and Tùng stays at the hospital to take care of bác Quảng with Nguyệt.

Upon arriving home, Lâm hands Dương a box of food prepared by his mother. Dương feels a bit flustered but can't hide her joy. "Make sure you eat well and go to bed early!" - Dương shyly runs into the house.

The next morning, when Tùng wakes up at the hospital, he receives a phone call from a business partner who wants to reschedule a meeting, but Tùng declines because he wants to take his wife to work. Hearing this, Nguyệt proactively tells her husband to go to work, mentioning that they had dinner with the two mothers and brother last night. Tùng is overwhelmed with joy. Then, Nguyệt even helps him wipe off the toothpaste remaining on his mouth.

Như Ý knows that Lâm has been absent from work for a few days because he's been taking care of his ex-girlfriend's father. Lâm straightforwardly tells her that he treats her like a sibling. Then Lâm leaves, leaving Như Ý standing alone in front of the company's gate.

On the day bác Quảng is transferred to another hospital, Lâm assists both Dương and her father. This was arranged by Nguyệt, as Dương had asked her to inquire about the new hospital.

Little Cam always says she misses her dad, making Nguyệt ponder. Cam even borrows her mother's phone to call her dad and spontaneously tells him to come have dinner with the two of them. While watching the two of them eat and talk happily during dinner, Nguyệt contemplates further.
